Need some advice, have found 4 orginal loan documents that I took out 1996 1997 1998 and 1999 they were Mercantile Credit Loans Barclays. starting at £2000 and the last one was for £8000 - all paid up.. Previously I used the claims guys for other claims but after reading post on here decided not to go with them on this. I contacted Barclays Nov 2016 via their website, they asked for proof which i copied the documents and sent them. I waited and heard nothing so rang them, they said they had not received documents, so 17 Jan 2017 sent again with copies, rang them today and they said when they scanned my copies they were not clear (though you could see the originals that I posted to them) so today I have taken photos of all 4 original documents - then larger photos of the amounts and account/loan numbers and also included all this information on a letter i.e. account numbers and loan numbers and amount of loan. I also added that if they were still not happy I would take the original documents into my local branch. I posted all this info today and paid to have it delivered and signed for tomorrow. My question is how do I stand if they are not happy with what I sent (though I really dont know why as i did do a test scan on my documents and they were okay) - it feels they are really giving me the run around, but i will not give up. so as i said at the beginning of this long winded post what should i do next - thank you for your time.

Take them into branch if they don't accept these documents
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
