APCOA - Slough railway station

Options
Hi - been over on pepipoo, just wanted to get some help on this.
Ive mistakenly missed a few payments via the app for parking, got several NTKs (between 29-56 days) and then used the blue template appeal to no avail. Mistake by me here was not seeing out the 28 day period, pretty much went in sent the appeal in a few days. so ive lost some time here...
Received the rejected appeal letter (sorry cant link as im a new user) - with a POPLA code and that now I cant appeal to them (APCOA)

Ive seen the POPLA template on newbies thread #3 and intend to use that and maybe something recent from APCOA railway or Indigo.

I am unsure on by-laws, will double check the signs, but I have a few weeks before the deadline then il draft something and put it up here for review?

If you still use the station regularly, take pics of the signs, especially anything referring to byelaws.

Is there anything on the PCN/NTKs suggesting byelaws, even the word penalty?

You can post images by uploading them to a web hosting site such as tinypic or photobucket, then post the URL here, but change http to hxxp. Someone here will then change it to a live link.

Yes, go through the PoPLA template points from the NEWBIES plus anything useful from the POPLA Decisions thread most recent successful appeals, and post your draft here. You really need to find out if the car park is covered by byelaws as that becomes statute barred after six months.

I had a look at T&Cs on the signs at car park last night and no mention of by-laws, even on their website.
Here is the appeal rejection letter sent (please replace hxxp with http)

I hope that isn't your real name on the letter. Redact it if it is.

Whilst I do not condone bilking, I too am fighting an Apcoa railway bylaws invoice for a relative It seems to me that their signs are not up to snuff. Their T&C, lines and lines of them, are in tiny white letters on a pale blue background

However, this is non scheduled land, so keeper liability goes out the window. Hove you admitted being the driver.

    APCOA are easy to see off at POPLA and you may even find one written recently, to crib from, when you search this board for 'APCOA POPLA';
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Irrespective of the contract between crapco and GWR, the land owner/holder is obviously a train operating company so the land is covered by byelaws. It is not therefore relevant land and is outwith the POFA 2012 for keeper liability to apply.

Go through the PoPLA process and make sure you drag this out beyond 6 months when it becomes statute barred.

No I have not admitted to being the driver, don't intend to either on the advice given so far.

Agree, I have grabbed a few templates, they are overwhelming at first with so much detail, I will draft up something soon my 28 day limit expires 20th Feb 2017, and if it looks good I will submit that.
Also agree on using railway by-laws clause in the response.
