Private Parking Fine Appeal Rejected - Help

Options
I rented a flat with an allocated parking space. Due to people parking all over the place the management company introduced permits in the form of windscreen stickers with your flat number on them. On 11th November I was moving out of my flat and had a hire van. I had been going back & forth during the day so the local people were aware of this. At 21.35 that evening I received a parking notice from TPS saying that I was not showing a parking permit and was therefore parking illegally. Technically, yes and no! The permit that was stuck to my windscreen was a sod to peel off and I had left it on my car as we were also using that during the day for the move.
Anyway I appealed on 17th November via their website. Nothing back until 18th January saying appeal rejected (photographic evidence no permit showing in the windscreen) and that I now had to pay in full £100 as I had not appealed within 14 days. Actually it was 6 days!
So what to do now folks?? Could write to the IPC and appeal again but feel it is likely to be rejected. Or do I just ignore it.
Please help!!

Illegal? Fines? Your barfing up the wrong tree in a big way.

What does your lease say about parking?

Do not pay a penny or even think about paying

The NEWBIES thread tells you what to do now, which is to ignore anything and everything from now on unless you get real court papers.

The important thing is, what did your lease/tenancy agreement say about parking? This will trump anything the parking scammers came up with.

I do not believe the paperwork said any of the 2 following words

    FINE or FINES

    ILLEGAL

and yes , check your tenancy agreement to see what it says (if anything) about parking
