Hi,
You asked for feedback:
MSE:
"Online quotes for company-owned cars LV*
The only insurer we could find which gives quotes online for vehicles owned by companies is LV*. Give us your feedback on LV "
Here is a section of the chat string with LV which I used after I came up against a problem with filling multiple drivers with Class 1 Business Use on the online form.
The key exchanges are:
We can cover company cars as long as they are only used by yourself they are not pool cars or used for multiple employees.
Lisa: Sadly we do not offer commercial cover.
Lisa: Is there anything else I could help with at all today?
Guy Smith: That is a bit of a problem because the Inland Revenue define a company car as one that is available for other company employees otherwise the tax cannot be claimed back.
Cheers, Guy.

To be fair Class 1 business use is generally worded to cover the policyholder (Some Insurers include the Spouse as well) to use the vehicle in connection with the Policyholder's business.
The additional drivers are not the policyholder so would not be covered correctly by Class 1 business use.
You would generally need Class 2 business use to cover additional drivers for business use in such a situation
In addition LV have a "Will you insure me" tab before you obtain a quote which states they won't provide cover if the additional drivers are your employees0
