Parking Charge Notice

Hi All,
I Visited my local Nandos Restaurant early this month,To my surprise yesterday I received a PARKING CHARGE NOTICE(PARKING EYE) (not a fine) it stated I parked illegally and I have to pay £60 or £100 after 28 days Now I have used the same car park many many times as their is also a cineworld,weatherspoons,PizzaHut in the same complex fortunately I have kept my Receipt from my visit total stay in car park 1hr 40 mins I have been in touch with Nandos who want to offer me 3x platters for the inconvience caused but wont help regarding the Charge.Is this CHARGE enforceable by Law or should I just ignore it? yes it may be enforceable by law (although they wont have said it was an illegal act , or unlawful) , so please read the NEWBIES sticky thread and use the blue text appeal (unaltered) - same as the thousands of others before you

appeal as KEEPER (not driver) in the drop down menu

although NANDOS might not be able to get the charge dropped, the landholder or MA can do so , so contact them and complain , insist that the charge is cancelled by PE

so DO NOT IGNORE IT
