Just looking around for a service for my Mercedes C220 approaching 3 years old & have come across the above (dragons den winner it says). Anyone have any experience of using them?
Almost half price of dealership service so need to know if they are any good?

Have you searched this forum for them?

    Maybe you should.

    TLDR? Avoid.

For the avoidance of doubt - STOP!

Try to find a local independent Mercedes specialist.

Haggle with the main dealer (use mymercedes to get quotes from other dealers), ensure the main dealer is quoting for the cheapest option - they offer three levels, at three years old there is still goodwill to consider should there be a fault just after the warranty expires, also consider an official Mercedes servicing centre.

A Mercedes dealer price also includes more than what a cheaper outfit is offering.

They had an offer and it fell through because they failed to respond back to Deborah Meaden. The follow up show she said they failed to respond to calls from herself and failed to provide information.
She also caught them out when they said they had other investors and had signed. She had checked companies house and the info didnt match.

So no they didnt get their funding from Dragons Den.

Checking their figures, where is the million £ turnover? Not even close.

Do you know which garage they are sending your car to? Could be the one nobody
    else will use.
