Does anyone have any background on the lead adjucator with the IAS? Not listed with the Law Society and the Bar Council only have a Fredrick Bryn Holloway who is a circuit Judge.

They don't ever say who adjudicates do they?I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

No but they list the lead adjucator who is Bryn Holloway but I cannot find him listed as current or retired strangely. It's the IAS so I employ no trust whatsoever0

Do they claim the lead adjudicator is a member of the Law Society or Bar Council? What's driving the question?0

Here goes from the IAS's website

Plenty of press reports of criminal trials, mainly in Liverpool, where he was the judge sitting. Seems not to use the forename Fredrick and retired from the bench (and perhaps law totally in 2012).0 -
yes it is Bryn Holloway.
Does not do a very good job does he ?0 -

No, which is a breach of the Alternative Dispute Regulations Act 2015.

What's driving the question is that I'm considering whether to use the IAS or ignore it. So as his name appeared I thought I'd check it out and so far it seems as though he is not registered with the Law Society or the bar council.
I'm going after UK Parking Patrol Office as they do not have a clue what they are doing. The claim a charge under bylaws but charge under a civil PCN, they cannot use PCN as it's not relevant land and they are not attempting to use a bylaw prosecution so they are stumped.0 -
they cannot use PCN as it's not relevant landPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
