Is this PCN even Valid?

Hey everybody,

I hope you are well, i have another thread open asking for advice on responding to an LBCCC for an unpaid Parking Charge Notice. She was "supposedly" 10 minutes over...

However i just looked at the PCN my wife received and realized it states just a town name not the location where the car parked so its really vague? Surely this is a defense i can use or even makes the whole thing completely invalid?

The first point I see is that the ticket covered 5mins, 17.30 to 17.35

only 5 mins not the full grace period

its only an invoice, so dont give it legal creedence

its only "invalid" if a judge says it is , otherwise its a dmand for payment (an invoice)

any discrepancies will and should appear in any appeal or defence you make
