Sim Only - Cheaper elsewhere same company

I am on a 12 month contract with the mobile phone company 3, which consists of 30GB Data, 600 mins and unlimited texts. This costs £25 per month via direct debit.

I have as recently as last night seen the same benefits I.e 30GB Data, 600 mins, Unlimited texts on uswitch last night for £18.00 per month, with 3!

What are my rights to change my current contract from £25 down to £18?

Did they hold a gun to your head when you agreed the contract? If not, then any change is down to their goodwill, unless there is something in that contract that allows a change to a cheaper tarrif.

Three have been advertising that contract for £18 on their website for over a month now because it's on special offer. You have no rights to reduce the price if you agreed to pay £25 a month for it before the sale.
