‘World Rally Championship’ Competition to Win a Trip for 2 to Rally Sweden in 2018 Additional Terms and Conditions

1)The prize comprises:

1. One way flight for two in economy class from a London airport of our choice to Oslo, with a fixed departure date in February 2018 (exact dates TBC);
2. One way airport transfer for two between Oslo Airport and hotel in Sweden;
3. Five (5) nights’ 4* hotel accommodation in the rally area, based on the prize winner and their companion sharing a standard twin or double room on a bed and breakfast basis (subject to availability);
4. Escorted rally tour for two (February 2018 – exact dates TBC) including:
   1. Stage Transfers (Rally Stages, Service, Shakedown, etc.)
   2. Souvenir Rally Information Pack and Itinerary (Stage summaries, viewing tips, history, etc.)
   3. English-speaking Rally Travel Guides on-hand to assist throughout the tour
   4. Rally tickets/passes
   5. VIP visit to a World Rally team
5. One way transfer for two from hotel in rally area to Karlstad Airport;
6. One way flight for two from Karsltad Airport to Stockholm Airport;
7. Return private airport transfers for two in Stockholm;
8. Two (2) nights’ 4* hotel accommodation in Stockholm, based on the prize winner and their companion sharing a standard twin or double room, on a bed and breakfast basis;
9. One way flight for two from Stockholm to London;
10. Travel insurance for two (subject to exclusions below); and
11. £500 spending money.

2) The prize must be taken between during a fixed date in February 2018 (TBC) and no other dates are available. Please note that if either the prize winner or their guest is not in possession of a valid passport where necessary at the time of contact by Channel 5 or are otherwise unable to comply with the terms and conditions this may result in forfeiture of the entire prize.
3) The prize winner and their guest acknowledge that in the event that the rally does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.
4) The prize winner and their companion must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Norway and Sweden. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip.
5) Travel insurance terms exclude pre-existing medical conditions and insurance is subject to standard policy excesses and an upper age limit of 69 years.
6) Both the prize winner and their companion must be over the age of 18. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure that they and/or their companion adhere to the local laws in Norway and Sweden. It is highly recommended that the prize winner and their companion obtain advice from a medical professional in advance of travelling and ensure that vaccinations are up to date.
7) The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks which are not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, additional treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations where required and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
8) The prize and all its elements are subject to availability.
9) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.
10) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
11) A cheque for the spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed.
