Entry is restricted to persons aged 21 or older and resident in the UK or Republic of Ireland who are not employees of Cond! Nast Publications Limited or in any way connected with the promotion. No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of Cleveland Collection or Vietnam Airlines, nor anyone connected with the prize draw, nor any member of such person's family, is eligible to enter.

To qualify for the draw, you must provide your name, address, telephone number and email address using the online form provided. Incomplete entries will be automatically disqualified. Third party or bulk entries will not be accepted and any entries not in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid. No purchase necessary. Closing date for entries is 28 February 2017.

The winner will be selected at random. The winner will be notified within 28 days of the draw taking place. The promoters' (Tatler) decision is final. The winner may be contacted in writing or by email or telephone. If the winner cannot be contacted within 28 days of the draw taking place, the promoter (Tatler) reserves the right to redraw.

All travel must be taken by 20 December 2017, subject to availability and extension of validity is not allowed. Blackout dates are 20 March - 15 April 2017, 29 April 2017 - 05 May 2017, 02 - 04 September 2017 and 10 December 2017 - 20 December 2017

The prize has no cash value and is non-endorsable, non-re-routable and valid on Vietnam Airlines flights originating from London Heathrow only. The all spa-inclusive package guarantees two treatments per person per day from the spa menu only. Extra treatments from the spa menu are subject to availability and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests can prebook spa treatments for the first day in advance of arrival with the resort once the winner has confirmed reservation. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or used against another holiday, hotel or airline. Flights must be booked at least 30 days prior to departure and tickets are to be issued in the winners' names and one companion only and must be booked together for travel on the same flights. Travel must be completed within three months from the date of ticket issue.

All extra incidentals including entrance fees to tourism sites, additional meals, laundry, beverages and activities etc. must be paid for directly by the prize winner. Transfers to and from London Heathrow, gratuities and personal expenses are not included. Prize is not valid in combination with any other offer or promotion. Travel insurance, airport fees and taxes are not included in the prize. It is the responsibility of the individual passengers to ensure they have travel insurance cover, valid passports and inoculations prior to their journey. Liability with regards to visa, passport and health requirements rest solely with the prize winner(s). Visa applications for entry into countries requiring them for certain passport-holders must be obtained prior to travel. Once the flight tickets are issued, no changes can be made to the booking and no routing changes are permitted.

Tatler reserves the right to amend or change the prize offered with an alternative equivalent prize at any time.
