Apprenticeship and tax credits?

I'm 16 and want to do a apprentiship. It would be a 40 hour full on job training ,

Would my mum lose her tax credits and child benefit.

there is information here relating to apprenticeships https://www.gov.uk/child-benefit-16-19
generally if you will be receiving pay then your parents benefits for you cease

The idea is for you to enter the adult world and earning means you can contribute so mum won't miss the money she loses . If you can secure an apprenticeship then grab it with both hands
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.
