Cant Find original NTK but need to appeal to POPLA

Hello All
I am just about to appeal to POPLA after a rejected appeal online to ECP. Having read through the successful POPLA appeals on the Newbies thread I now know I need the NTK to appeal...There in lies the problem .... I cant find it...
Do ECP have an obligation to provide me with a copy of the NTK ?

what info do yu need off the NTK , if there were flaws in it surly you would have used that in your appeal to ECP ?0

I'd like to lay my hands on in to make sure that I am appealing with every possible angle to POPLA. It will be around somewhere but was wondering whether anyone has had experience of being provided with copies0
