Hi, am looking for good safe accommodation near Olympic Park in August for 2 adults and 4 children, any recommendations gratefully received.

    Depends how you define 'near'. There is both a Premier Inn and a Holiday Inn in Stratford, which would be within walking distance. If you are prepared to use tube/DLR or buses, your options are considerably wider. Docklands is the other area where there are several hotels.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
