wrong POPLA verification code provided by company

Options
Hello
Premier Parking have failed to provide the timed entry and exit for a parking appeal (my elderly father dropped mum off for coffee with friend, exited to collect my daughter from friend's house, returned and re entered car park to collect mother).
His appeal explaining these circumstances and requesting photos was refused and now he received email with a verification code of 11 digits. The POPLA site requires only 10 digits, so he is prevented from applying for appeal.
I expect it is their way to stop him appealing.
Any ideas?

Strong complaint to the BPA and copy it to the DVLA (David Dunford). I can't recall whether it was Premier, but there was a similar case a couple of months ago.
