TNC Parking Charge Notice in Scotland on behalf of P4Parking Ltd

Options
Hi there

I have received a Parking Charge Notice to Keeper of Hirer from TNC Parking Services. I understand they are enforcing on behalf of P4Parking Ltd. This was issued in Scotland and understand that as long as the driver is not identified, this is not enforceable.

However, the letter states that the vehicle "was issued a parking charge notice which was fixed to the vehicle". This was not the case and could be easily challenged.

In attempting to look at the appeal process on the P4Parking Ltd website, the PCN Number with the Vehicle Registration does not identify a ticket. Indeed, the website states "Sorry, we cannot find this ticket - please check the details you have provided are correct".

I understand that the Parking Charge Notice only identifies the Keeper and not the Driver. It appears that no ticket exists according to the P4Parking Ltd website.

Should I continue to ignore TNC Parking Services or attempt to challenge P4Parking Ltd directly?

Many thanks for any assistance!

please read the advice on SCOTLAND and "ignoring" them due to different laws

or put SCOTLAND into the forum search box and read all the previous advice over the last 12 months or so

YES, Ignore it .... P4 well know this but hey, it's worth a try if they think you are one of those who is so gullible to pay it.

NO DRIVER INFORMATION ..... Same as Nigerian scammers
  • I was just looking for more ammo against TNC (BPA ATA but using wrong v888 to circumvent law)

  • what date was the "supposed" ticket and what date the TNC letter?

Date of "supposed" ticket was 16th November 2016. TNC Parking Charge Notice was 14th January 2017.
  • in that case forget it , do not reply or contact either of them "if" you get a letter before court (not from debt collector)return to this thread
