Does anyone know when the transfer from dla to pip will happen in the NG3 (Nottingham) area please? Also, apart from the chance of losing my dla is it a good or bad idea to ask to be transferred rather than wait.

It could be anytime. I agree it's better to wait until invited. It's stressful enough when you need to apply without having to do it earlier. Is your condition worse? Because that would be one of the reason you'd want to apply early i'm sure. Many people have be refused PIP when transfering from DLA why risk it earlier?Does anyone know when the transfer from dla to pip will happen in the NG3 (Nottingham) area please? It's just that I am deaf so when they write asking me to ring I won't be able to nor can I ask anyone to ring for me,that means I will have to write to ask for the first form so am worried about missing the timescale they give.0
