Should I appeal to POPLA

Options
Long story short I've been parking on a slip road next to work for 2 years, there's an old b&q next door that's getting redone and sold with a car park under UKPN.
This day I came in and the slip road was empty and lots of new signs all around the car park.
As you can see I parked on the slip road with one sign above me clearly on about the car park but states 3 hours which I was within by an hour, further back which I didn't notice was another sign saying no parking on roadways etc, this sign is also all the way around the car park.
I understand I am in what's classed as a roadway (not a road) of some sort but it should have a sign that clearly states not to park on that roadway not a sign I need to look for and not a sign that can be confused with car park signs, being the same and around the car park itself.
I have appealed to UKPN which obviously I lost and if I appeal to POPLA I will have to pat 100 and not 60.
Is it worth appealing as I understand I'm no longer allowed to park there but I don't think it's clearly signed
It wont allow me as a new user to upload pictures

It is always worth appealing, they are scammers, furthermore, it costs them money, and if we are on your side, they usually lose or fold.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

If you lose at POPLA you DO NOT PAY! Who told you that you have to? This isn't a fine, not a proper 'penalty charge' from any authority.

I think you are assuming you would have to pay, just because the £60 would be in the past, but that's merely a bribe not to appeal. We encourage people to appeal (you pay ZERO, win or lose) and not to give a second thought to the so-called 'discount' (bribe). Forget it.

So presumably you've read the NEWBIES FAQS and found the POPLA appeal point template wording to put together. Show us your draft - not a version like the first appeal - a draft based on the template appeal points.

We guess you have given away the driver but don't worry, you've only shot two toes off...you have more! read the NEWBIES FAQs thread.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
