Redundancy deductions - NI?

Hi all, a really quick question from me. I am being made redundant by my employer, (large FTSE 100) after 11 years employment. My payment is over the £30k tax free amount - can you tell me, I know the remainder is taxable at my marginal rate, but do I pay National Insurance on it?
