Agent does viewings without a notice

Hi all,
I am about to leave the flat I am currently renting and as usual the agent does viewings for potential new tenants. I have given them more than the requested one month notice before my leave date and they told me that they will give me at least 24 hours notice before any viewing. I am sure that this is in the contract as well and I know they are required by the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.
They have given me this notice for a viewing they did last week, but they have came to the flat today without any notice. I have a guest over at the moment and he has let them in. When I found out about that I have contacted the agent and he has just shown me some part of a "screenshot" which says that an email they tried to send me on Friday has failed.
I was wondering if I should take a legal action against them and if it is worth it at all.

What legal action would you like to take?0

You can't take legal action as your housemate let them in.
If you want them to stop, change the locks and then change them back when you leave the property.0 -
Legal action? How much is your disturbed 30 minutes worth to you? And how much would it cost to pursue this amount?
As above, just change locks, and give them your mobile number.0 -

While I agree that legal action doesn't seem warranted at this stage, I have to wonder what kind of moron thinks a delivery failure notice would count as notification?0
