    Check Just Add Fuel is actually HP or PCP.

    No idea if it is still the case, but when first launched the scheme stated the ownership of the car remains with Peugeot and the keeper had to pay an annual rental.

    No doubt a ruse to avoid VT as the car is rented not owned, ever.

    PCP is HP. The fact that you're not the owner has no affect on whether you can VT, in fact it's precisely because you;re not the owner until the end of the agreement (if you choose to) that you have the right to terminate and hand the car back.
