Hi,

I decided to take my car to work due to my usual travel card expired and I did not want to top up another month as there was going to be a train strike the very next day. I asked security for a staff permit but was told since parking is handled by another company (CP Plus) I won't be able to get one.
Have CP Plus taken anyone to court as the thread saw was from like 5 years ago?

CP plus are BPA members so you make a two stage appeal as explained in the NEWBIES.

Send the BPA template in blue around day 26, then start looking up information on how to beat the scammers at PoPLA.

You shouldn't be looking at anything from five years ago. The NEWBIES thread is on the same page where you started this thread, so make sure that is where you are getting your information.

Get pictures of the signs to show us, and also complain to your supervisor and PALS about this.

The only pictures will be stills taken by a hand held camera. At least one company got caught doctoring time stamps on their 'photo' evidence, so don't worry about that. There will be no CCTV footage unless the scammers and the hospital want to breach the DPA.

Should you pay? No, it is a scam. Follow the advice on here and you could end up costing them a lot of money.
