Only number I can find is 0300 123 9123 which appears to be a complaints line...Dwy galon, un dyhead,

I already know that, hence my query here. I have already emailed & got a bog standard reply that didnt even answer the question i asked,. The reply was just a re-hash of my question :mad:0 -
