Entry Conditions
a) Entry to this prize draw can be made between 24 January 2017 and 11.59pm on 8 February 2017 online at https://uk.westfield.com/stratfordcity and /www.facebook.com/westfieldstratfordcity. Completion and submission of the entry form online constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entrants are required to answer the following question correctly to qualify their entry “Which sea surrounds Antigua? ”.
b) Only one entry per person. No purchase necessary.
c) All entries must be received by 11.59pm GMT on 8 February 2017. Westfield Europe Limited (“Westfield”) cannot accept any liability for any entries which are late, lost, incomplete or rendered unrecognisable.
d) All entrants must be aged eighteen or over and have a UK postal address. Employees of Westfield, their families, dependants and agents and any other person connected with the prize draw may not enter.
e) Westfield reserves the right to refuse to accept any entry and/or to select a winning entry at Westfield’s absolute discretion. Entries are subject to verification. Incomplete, bulk, automated and third party entries will be disqualified.
f) Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will automatically render a prize draw entry void. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law.
g) The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants understand and agree that they are providing their information to Westfield and not to Facebook. By entering this competition, each entrant releases Facebook from any action or claim arising out of the competition. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this competition must be directed to Westfield, not Facebook.
Prize
a) The first entry selected by a Westfield judging panel at random after the prize draw has closed will win 2 x economy class flights return to Antigua, including transfers in Antigua to Keyonna Beach, 7 nights’ accommodation at Run of House. No expenses incurred in connection with the prize draw will be paid other than as set out in these terms and conditions. You must be able to travel between 1 May – 31 Oct 2017, subject to availability.
b) The selection is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
c) There are no cash alternatives: the prize must be accepted as offered, is non transferable and subject to availability. Westfield reserves the right to substitute a prize or part thereof with a prize of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances and/or withdraw or amend the promotion at any time without prior notice.
Notification
a) The winner(s) will be notified by Westfield on or around 13 February. If a winner does not respond within any period specified in the notification or is not available, Westfield reserves the right to select an alternative entrant to receive the prize.
b) The name and county/town of the winner will be available for one month after the prize draw closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the promoter Westfield Europe Limited, Legal Department, 6th Floor, MidCity Place, 71 High Holborn, London WC1V 6EA.
Publicity
The winner agrees to participate in any and all advertising, promotion or other commercial activities relating to the prize draw and consents and agrees that their photograph, image, likeness and voice may be used by Westfield in all related promotional activity without any rights of prior approval or inspection.
Data Protection
By submitting an entry, entrants are sending their personal information to Westfield who will at all times process an entrant’s personal data in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and applicable laws (DPA). All information collected will be treated in accordance with Westfield’s Privacy Policy, available at http://uk.westfield.com/uk/help/privacy-policy.
Where entrants have consented to receiving marketing materials from sponsors of prize draws, entrants understand that their personal data will be treated in accordance with the sponsor’s privacy policy (not Westfield’s) and that it is the sponsor who is responsible for ensuring that the entrant’s personal data is treated in accordance with the DPA.
