In despair can someone tell me what is this large empty box under which is written - Please check the box! - which appears whatever info I enter on the form? I've been entering their comps for years with never a problem but I can't see what I'm supposed to check or how. It's the same for their USA one.
I know it must be something simple as no-one else has posted a problem, but I'm desperate to find out!

The box is there for me in all browsers so like you I too cannot enter.
