Such a shame because of all the Scams out there , it can cause great deal of inconvenience to genuine customers

Sounds about right , think they bank on people not going to Ombudsman to avoid more hassle .
They also try to pay as little compensation as they can get away with .

I recently had a similar problem with the bank who used to say many moons ago, "The bank that likes to say… Yes!". For a week every time a payment went into my account a red flag went up on the account and I couldn't move any funds out .

I was on the phone once or twice a day, and it was all to do with:

1) The devise I was using to access my account. Yes, the same computer I have used for the past year.......:rotfl:
2) The system didn't like the fact that payments were coming in from so many different directions.....:rotfl:

Sometimes I really do wonder........:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
