PCS parking charge on behalf of ANPR Parking Services Ltd.

Options
Hello,

I have read through the sticky notes - but have confused myself endlessly.

Please could someone tell me what to do! I have received a "parking charge notice" - and allegedly PCN are "writing on behalf of the creditor in relation to an unpaid parking charge".

The letter says I have to pay £60 - how do I go about appealing it please? They do not know who drove the car - and I am now 1 day over their charge being (again allegedly) reduced.

Any help really gratefully received.

I think, re-read the NEWBIES thread please. It was written to stop threads like this, not being funny but we would drown here is everyone couldn't be bothered to read the NEWBIES thread. Harsh maybe - but but true. This is why I wrote the FAQS thread.

You haven't even said whether you've checked if they are a BPA or IPC member. Come on, there is a simple choice of two appeal templates. Use one! That's why they are there.

Do come back if anything that subsequently happens is not covered by the NEWBIES thread or if you get a POPLA code and have drafted a POPLA appeal you want us to comment on.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

ANPR is a BPA member , so use the blue text template as KEEPER (NOT as driver) and get a popla code and then USE IT within 28 days

as mentioned above , there are only TWO choices, so its easy to check which one applies (BPA member so BPA info applies)
  • I did read it - thoroughly. But thank you so much for answering Coupon-Mad. I guess the thing is, if you wrote it, it makes sense to you - but for others reading it - maybe it doesn't. Just saying.

    If you say so.

Surely the basics, like complaining to the landowner, didn't go over your head? Normally people deal with the NEWBIES thread quite happily.
