2 prizes not arrived

So before Christmas I won two prizes.
One was a hoard of coconut oil from this post https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5556294
I know there were a few winners and some have received theirs. She says a load were lost in the post and the post office arent replying etc - nothing about whether I will still get my prize and whether it will be of the right value!

The other was Lily O Briens chocolates I ave been trying to win some every Christmas and this year I succeeded however they have also not arrived. The women dealing with it as ignored my past two emails.

Any advice from anyone? Or have these prizes not arrived for anyone else?
Thanks

My hubby won the Lily O'Briens chocolates in mid Dec and hasn't received them yet either.

He messaged them on FB a few days ago and they said the customer service team would contact him, but nothing yet.

Sorry I can't offer much to help but just to add that on the odd occasions that I've been lucky enough to win in recent months, I've frustratingly had to chase the prizes too.

I'm very grateful to have won but it's so annoying! I feel uncomfortable keep asking and I've even left a couple and accepted they're probably not going to arrive as I was sick of persistently contacting companies/bloggers and getting fobbed off. I know I could go down the ASA route, but as they're relatively low value (but wanted!) prizes I can't be bothered with the hassle.

You have my empathy and I hope you get your prizes soon! x

I've got the same problem with the coconut oil comp. I chased it up again a couple of days ago and got this reply

I really apologize but the post services said they have no proof that the boxes were sent therefore they don't care which we are very appalled about but we will see what we can do soon

Chasing a few other prizes too. Quite a few advent things are being a pain to get.

  • In the same boat with the coconut oil, I sort of forgot about it with all the fuss of Christmas.

I do find you have to chase prizes more often nowadays.

I've contacted the ASA about a clothing company that i won a dress from at the start of December just through sheer annoyance that my messages are being ignored (even if the company ignores the ASA, i feel good hoping they'll get a ticking off by them). Haven't heard back from the ASA with their findings yet, so theyve probably ignored them too!

I received my coconut oil within ten days of the comp ending. It was a nice big box worth that could last a year but they were only a week off their use by date so it was a cheeky worthless prize really.

I am still waiting for a large meat hamper I won 5th December. I have messaged a couple of times but hate feeling like a pest.

I won the Coconut Oil one too and mine arrived pretty quickly, haven't checked the date on them though, I'll have to have a look now!

I won with Lily O'briens in December, and their team have emailed me for my details on 3 separate occasions, as they reckon address wasn't filled in on my entry form.
They had marked receipt request from my first reply, but have sent same email twice more since.
