    You should only appeal unfair tickets

    i.e., all private tickets, and a lot of official ones. However, we now have a new string for our bow. abuse of our data.

    Tell that to all the medics who are working unplanned free of charge extra time to save someone or treat them? You need to educate yourself on how big and dirty this industry is! Not a yellow line in site and most are done by ANPR, so those misparking never get hit on!     once upon a time maybe but definitely not the IAS, they only pass the 10% they told their ppc paymasters they would. Curiosity, was there a rise in court cases after IAS came in?

    Nope. Their Annual Report was utterly devoid of any tabular analysis, in stark contrast to the very transparent POPLA AR (even new POPLA first attempt).

    It's quite concerning why the DVLA was so prepared to accept such an inferior and cynically lacking in detail output from the IAS.
