Tell that to all the medics who are working unplanned free of charge extra time to save someone or treat them? You need to educate yourself on how big and dirty this industry is! Not a yellow line in site and most are done by ANPR, so those misparking never get hit on! Disabled badges dont mean its free either on private land, These companies eveolved from the clampers of old! Deal done with Labour government, You stop clamping we will let you have access to dvla? was crooks in suits, now crooks in expensive hand made suits! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

"An average of 56 percent of those who take their case all the way to an independent adjudicator win"
once upon a time maybe but definitely not the IAS, they only pass the 10% they told their ppc paymasters they would. Curiosity, was there a rise in court cases after IAS came in?I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -
Does the IAS publish figures? You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Does the IAS publish figures?
Nope. Their Annual Report was utterly devoid of any tabular analysis, in stark contrast to the very transparent POPLA AR (even new POPLA first attempt).
It's quite concerning why the DVLA was so prepared to accept such an inferior and cynically lacking in detail output from the IAS.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
