Amount We Owe You?

Options
Under the heading 'Your Cashback Summary' it says "Amount We Owe You."

What exactly is this? I'm not aware my credit card company have ever given me back cash but I might be mistaken.

Thank you

    Thanks bengalknights

I don't think I've ever used cashback so it wouldn't apply to me right now?

Its not cashback through the till which you can't get on a credit card anyway. :)

Its a reward for the amount of money you have spent. Does your card actually have the word 'cashback' written on it? :)

It's on the website and it says:

    Your cashback summary
    Amount we owe you: £xx.xx
Amount we last paid you: £xx.xx
When we last paid you: xx-xx-xxxx
    Paid this year: £xx.xx

    How often you're paid: Annual

    Well, that's it then :)

Did you get the amount they last paid to you? and when was that?

So then you are paid annual so it will be a year after they last paid you.

It usually appears as a credit on your statement.

So lets say you own £100.00
    and get £20.00 cashback
That month you will only owe £80.00

    HTH

I'm not sure that's much of a guide, neither of my cashback cards have the word on them.

No it isn't come to think of it. I noticed earlier whilst paying for something my 123 doesn't have it written on but my Barclaycard does. Helped the OP anyway :)

Not sure you can rely on what's written on the card, many people might hold a Virgin credit card for example....

:D Yes I've gathered that, as per my reply above. One of mine has cashback written on the card and one doesn't. But as I said, I did help the OP anyway.
