The boiler in the flat I moved on recently has a timer built in but it baffles me - watched this video (same timer/same boiler):
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=95_rFPWuSyA
It says "set the correct time" but the guy in the video sets it just to 11:00 - now how will the boiler know if it is 11am or 11pm? How do I specify that as all it is are 2 clock hands with no way of specifying am or pm for the CURRENT time as such?
I am fine with selecting the time I want heating on /off but that is not going to work if I set the clock wrong (say am instead of pm) isn't it?
What am I missing here?
Thanks a lot
At around the 8 o'clock position, you can see an arrowhead. That points to 11 indicating it is 11 am.
If it was 11pm, then the number next to the arrowhead (which itself is fixed) would then be 230
