To a cut a long story short and after my solicitor send many letters they sent a lose adjuster round to have a look and still i have herd no more from them this hapened on the 31 december 2015 so time is passing and nothing is hapening.
Any one have any ideas amount how to threten them and get some response from them they are ignoring all my letters from me and my solicitor????

Ask your solicitor why this has stalled, and why he isn't using the court to progress this.0

Indeed, you could have sent them a final bill notice and gone through Small Claims Court by now, with the bailiffs moving in if they hadn't paid up yet. No need for a solicitor, you could have done it yourself.0
