Gladstones claim struck out - utterly hopeless particulars
Parking & Property Management Limited v C Limited C6GF02Z5 19/1/2017 Birmingham. DJ Musgrave

The Gladstones boys, Mr Bean and Mr Bean up to their fantasy tricks yet again.
The claim was struck out and variously described by District Judge Musgrave as 'poor', 'utterly hopeless and inadequate' and 'an abuse of process
Makes you wonder when these children will grow up to be adults.
PPML were ordered to pay £341 in costs

They will only stop when the "money train" gets derailed:)1 -
Oh dear, the PPCs seem to be taking a beating when a claim is proprerly defended, We now need to convince a few stalwarts that a counter claim for wrongful DVLA access is worthwhile.
A Popla win is ok for the sheeple who can then go back to watching corrie, but there is decent money to be made by suing PPCs.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
The only way this will be de railed is by either government action ( what ever happened to that report??) , or if something along the lines of the PPI banking scandal could hit PPC land: If you've had a private parking fine* then you could be entitled to upto £750 compensation from the landownerFrom the Plain Language Commission:

I'm surprised Michael Green (Challenge the Fine) isn't sniffing around this. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
