Bank Of Scotland Vantage account

I recently had an issue with Tesco Inetrnet saver which I had to ring to sort. I thought perhaps I had breached T&C by having 2 of the same account. I was told by adviser I could have as many as I wanted. I have been running 2 separate internet savers for 6 months now.It may sometimes seem like I can't spell, I can, I just can't type0

So my direct debits were fine until June & every month payments are rejected. Anyone else had this problem? Any solutions?0
-
Why are they rejected? You're not giving anyone much to go on0

I have no idea why payments are now being rejected. I didn't receive notification from BoS. Surely, I can't be the only one that has experienced this. Even the MSE website now states this.0

Never knew Vantage to require DDs. It must be one of the new terms with the interest rate drop. I am still getting interest no problems without any DDs.

Seriously, you're coming across as the nutter talking to himself on the bus.BlackBeauty9388 wrote: »I have no idea why payments are now being rejected. I didn't receive notification from BoS. Surely, I can't be the only one that has experienced this. Even the MSE website now states this.
What have BoS said about it?
Can you break down more clearly what you've done and what's gone wrong?0 -

Do I qualify for Vantage?
It’s straightforward; simply:
pay at least £1000 into your account each calendar month, and
stay in credit (above £0) during the monthly billing period, and
pay at least two different Direct Debits from your account each calendar month.
If in any month you don’t meet these criteria, you won’t earn any interest but you won’t be charged for having Vantage

My mistake. I do actually have DDs from each of my BOS. Must have been thinking of TSB or something. Haha.
