as its a retail park there should be info on some signage that says who the MA is , in case people want to rent out units
using google, I found that several other businesses are listed at that retail park as well as B + Q (we have similar retail parks oop north)
and B + Q should have told the OP who owns or manages the site seeing as its not their property
more digging is required by the OP, to get this info and act on it , plus put in an appeal as keeper etc too (follow the instructions in the NEWBIES sticky thread)0 -
They have ZERO evidence of who was shopping and who walked off site.
ANPR cameras do not show people leaving the site, they just focus on number-plates. Parking firms can't look at store CCTv or both the shop and TPS would be in breach of the DPA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
