Will not stop the imaginary dents, scratches, under body damage that they take hundreds of euros from the poor renter.

I'd rather keep the status quo where the stupidity of the naive subsidises my car hire.

My car hire experiences in recent years have all been pretty good, but going back a few years the two companies I did have problems with were Hertz and Europcar, both on the top 6 list. Maybe they have improved since then but they aren't ever going to be my first choice.

Good reading & back up for me for a stong worded negative review/complaint.
Hired a van at the weekend & was hit with the "extra" insurance charge when i went to pick it up after completing the order online.
Description online when processing states that items are "included" when infact they are not & they charge you when you arrive rather than building it into the price online to give a clear picture of costs!
