Barclays Partner Finance

Hi
I have 3 items with Barclays partner finance - I stopped paying all 3 at the same time and stepchange paid the token payment plans. I have just checked credit file and they defaulted one of them April 2016 but the other 2 are showing as late payments still. Can I write to them and request defaults?

Hi,
Yes of course you can, and i suggest you do.
The quicker the account gets defaulted, the sooner the 6 years start.

Try this :
Dear BPF,
Date
Address
Acc No
On (insert date) i entered into a debt management plan with stepchange, after getting into financial difficulty.
I notice you have defaulted one of my accounts.
so as to limit the time my credit file is affected by these debts, i would be grateful if you would default the other two accounts as well.
I would also ask you backdate all the defaults to April 2016.
