Credit card overpayment

I was wondering if somebody a bit more credit-card savvy could help me out?
The following is my most recent credit card statement summary:
Credit Limit £4,800.00
Current balance £198.04
Available credit £4,601.96
Cash available £4,286.40
Amount overlimit £0.00
The balance appears to indicate that I have overpaid by £198.04, however my available credit indicates that my card is DOWN £198.04. I am certain that I paid off the amount spent on it last month, in which case my balance should be zero with £4,800 available credit, right?

Those figures indicate that you have a balance - ie owe - £198.04.0

Yep, you owe £198.04. If you're "certain" you paid that amount off last month, it will appear on your statement saying something like "payment received". Since you've not mentioned any interest being charged, I suspect you paid the balance in full from the last statement, then have subsequently spent another £198.04 on the card. The statement should show fairly clearly what the payment was for.0
