Good Morning
Vodaphone are saying I have an un paid amount going back 6 years.
I am trying to sort it out but as its a phone I have not had for that long I cannot remember the number
Vodaphone are refusing to talk to me as I do not have an account number or phone number
This is affecting the level of mortgage we are being offered
Any advise would be welcome

If it is six years or older it should drop off your credit report and therefore have no impact on your mortgage application.
Have they obtained a CCJ?0
