its no comfort finding out the main players are serial offenders, one has a £450,000 house and opened a new business the week before the one owing me went bump
and the 2nd in command was told the firm had no funds yet kept booking me for another two weeks, "obtaining goods or services by deceit" - maybe, but try getting the cops interested, no chance.0 -
 now that would pi$$ me offThe first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter

the main player resigned as the MD 2 weeks before the mucky stuff hit the fan, No2 stood up in a recievers meeting and stated all that in public.
then all the bank accounts/cheque books vanished, seems no1 milked it.
my stupid fault allowing em to (far) exceed a sensible credit limit, but it was a brand new company, only traded for 5 weeks!
my life will now be dedicated to cybertracking the 3 names involved, ive a very long memory.

On the original question. My court only wanted one copy from me, which they then took and made two additional photocopies of.
So it's best to check exactly what the court you are going to requires you to bring.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
