if you keep parking there and IGNORE the tickets they could take you to court and it could cost you up to £200 per ticket !!

they are one of dozens of private parking companies , registered with the IPC and the DVLA and have been around for many years , especially since the law changed in 2012 (POFA2012)

are they legit ? that is a debateable question that could run and run for many years

can they issue parking charge invoices and try to enforce them ? - definitely , and they DO too

you need to realise this is a multi million pound industry with tens of millions of invoices issued annually

google the BARRY BEAVIS case, to see how far it could go

and read the sticky thread for NEWBIES like you , it explains all the details , complicated though they are

What is this car park you use, work? Residential? Retail?
    From the Plain Language Commission:

"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"

    Where did you read this?

This has not been the case since 2012, unless in Scotland or NI!

Please will you start by reading the NEWBIES thread and stop reading duff advice from old threads or random forums?!

As you have no ticket yet, if you are not using the car park as it should be used - STOP.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
