Hi all,
Looking for some advice. I moved into a block of flats and have gotten multiple PCNs, despite being a resident. Initially I was not given a permit. I did not know about the new changes and just ignored them. I have now had claim form come through from MCOL. Can anyone help.
Many thanks

Come back and tell us when you have done the AOS online and show us your draft defence - we will help. LOADS on here like yours, start reading - and we succeed in these defences, certainly re residential car parks these PCNs are ridiculous but need a decent defence.

Read the above and all links, plus the NEWBIES thread (section headed 'Small Claim?' tells you what to do when and shows example defences).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
