I applied and received a M&S credit card. Getting it started took four weeks and three passwords and two phone calls. I spoke to an M&S bank assistant about the promised £30 voucher and she pulled a face saying, we don't do that. Two months on there is still no £30 voucher and no response to an email sent four weeks ago.
Does anybody have any idea on what is wrong here?
