Hi
Im not sure if this is the right place to post but would really appreciate some help...
I want to make a complaint to Very.co.uk - the complaint is lengthy so wont go into all the details however I have contact customer care 10 times and have been given incorrect information, cut off you name it. I was given 4 different emails - all of which bounced back with a reply from very saying the address wasn't in use and go to the customer care page of the website....which gives no details on how to contact them other than the same telephone number for customer care.
I eventually spoke to a 'manager' who gave me a postal address which I checked and managed to get a number for only to be told that it was their credit dept!!
My frustration is such I am about to burst!!
does anyone have any correct info on how I can take this complaint forward?
Many thanks in advance:D:money:
