The form submitted for me, earlier. Using IE 11.


It might be worth clearing cookies, cache and temporary data files, and trying again.

If the ITV Competitions don't work then try selecting 'not you' next to your mobile number at the top. (It will then log you out.)
Type in your mobile number and tick the I agree to the ITV Privacy Policy.
Confirm.
Enter your memorable passcode - if you can't remember it, you can click forgot passcode and it will text you a new code and you can then update it so you don't need to be sent a text next time.
You should be able to then enter and receive the following message.
