Patio door seals

The seals in the bottom of the patio doors - one sliding, one fixed - have both started to go at the bottom.
I'm not sure how old they are but it looks to me to change them would need taking the glass out the frames?

Yes. You need to remove the beads on the inside to allow the glass to be taken out. This allows access to the exterior seal. Remove seal, fit new, then replace glass and beads.0
