Insurance and home cover

I have full insurance I think the highest level including emergency cover etc I also have British gas home care 400 (max cover) I'm wondering if I need to have both ? So confused obviously need insurance but do I need max cover ?

without knowing what the 'full insurance' covers it's hard to tell. Does it cover your boiler? It should say.
