Refund issue

Hey guys,

I was just wondering if you could help me.

A company recently took three unauthorized payments from my bank card so I contacted them and they agreed to refund the three payments. This was back in October and they assured me the money would be with me within 14 days. I never received it.

I contacted them a few days ago and was told that the refund had been processed and that I needed to contact my bank.

My bank are saying that no refund has been processed.

I feel like I'm just going back and forth back and forth.

What should i do next? It amonts to £147.00 which is a lot of money for me.

If the payments are unauthorised, get the bank to deal with them as such.

Seems like your being messed about by the company who took unauthorised payments.

Go to the bank and dispute the transactions and cancel your card.
