3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.capitalfm.co.uk, take the Holiday quiz and register their contact details requested on the form.
4. Online entry will open at 0600 on the 18th January and close at 1200 on the 27th January 2017.
5. Entries will be rolling with a total of 10 winners being drawn across the competition period for on air winning moments. The winners will be drawn as follows:
• 20th January 2017 at 12:00 winner one will be selected.
• 23rd January 2017 at 12:00 winner two & three will be selected.
• 24th January 2017 at 12:00 winner four & five will be selected.
• 25th January 2017 at 12:00 winner six & seven will be selected.
• 26th January 2017 at 12:00 winner eight & nine will be selected.
• 27th January 2017 at 12:00 winner ten will be selected.
6. Winners will be selected from a rolling pool of entries and be back announced or brought to air in either the Capital Breakfast or Capital Drive show.
7. From all correct entries, winners will be selected at random, If the first drawn winner cannot be contacted after 3 attempts then their entry will be void and Global will reselect at random another entry. This process will continue until one winner has been selected and contacted succesfully.
8. All Entrants selected to bring to air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation will be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot continue the call for any reason the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

12. All prizes and dates are subject to flight and hotel availability at the time of request and may only be taken during the timeframes specified in the individual prize terms
13. This prize is subject to the Jet2holidays and Jet2.com general terms and conditions which can be found at www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and conditions and www.jet2.com/terms respectively.
14. Jet2holidays reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to offer alternative dates/destinations of equal or greater value if there is no hotel availability or seat availability on a chosen flight or if Jet2holidays has difficulties in acquiring any advertised prize(s).
15. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The prize must be taken by the prizewinner (who must be over the age of 18) along with their selected travel companions, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details. Flights must be taken at the same time.
16. Any changes to the prize, cancellations or fees payable are subject to the standard Jet2holidays or Jet2.com terms and conditions. The prize duration may not be extended and any additional passengers booked will be charged at normal rates.
