Received Court forms, no information why.

I have been putting a draft defence together but it does seem pretty sparse, I have very little information on the POC to draw from to defend due to no knowledge of if this charge is a windscreen ticket or ANPR related etc, what type of land or car park it relates to, signage etc.

I am not sure if I can quote in a defence about signage, previous cases and if they have any relevance etc as I have very little to go on myself.

Will i receive full POC from the claimant as they have stated in on the court forms or is this just a ruse to use up the initial 14 days that a defendant has to file a defence?

I have received POC in the post, I can post pics on here if it helps. I now know the address of the car park. The car park is stated as being ANPR controlled. There is no other evidence like photo images of the vehicle entering or exiting.

Is it worth getting pictures of any signage that may be etc there as it has been many months since the alleged contravention?
